The UM Academies offer immersive, non-credit academic programs for high school students (rising sophomores, juniors, and seniors) at the University of Miami. Participants select one course to study over a two-week session, engaging in hands-on experiences, guest lectures, open discussions, lab work, and field trips. Programs like "Upreneur" focus on sharpening startup skills, fostering collaboration, and building networks through a 9-day accelerator, including the use of AI and access to diverse founders.
